I recently visited Yuan Massage & Spa while in SEVERE PAIN from an intense exercise session. My biceps, triceps, arms, and chest were full of LACTIC ACID, causing SORENESS that lasted for over three days. Despite my efforts with SELF-MASSAGE, HYDRATION, and STRETCHING, NOTHING provided relief. I requested a 60-minute DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, and a male therapist, possibly named Michael, attended to me. From the start, he demonstrated an IMPRESSIVE level of KNOWLEDGE and SKILL. His approach was FIRM and PRECISE, effectively targeting DEEP within the muscles. After the massage, I noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in MOBILITY and a considerable reduction in PAIN. That evening, following a HOT SHOWER, my mobility improved to 95%, and by the next morning, it felt as though I NEVER had any issues at all. Michael’s EXPERTISE made a tremendous difference in my recovery, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services. I look forward to returning for future sessions to maintain my PHYSICAL HEALTH and WELL-BEING. Staff members are very professional and courteous. They greet you with a smile upon entering. Im amazed how clean and sanitized this place is. Thank you for your cleanliness and hospitality. This place is a must. Love their deep tissue massage with hot stones. Personnel who took care of me is almost like a chiropractor. She literally found some of my knotts, and I have to say. This was my first time going to this place and I was skeptical. I pinch a nerve in my lower neck and shoulders. I went in for a 30min back massage. When I went in I told the front desk and then again before they left me in the room. Sophia was so intuitive and hit each pressure point perfectly. She was able to unknot my pinch within the first five minutes. Such a miracle and I’ll be going back weekly! Thanks

Came to this place multiple times. Usually about once a month because I used to work for the warehouse forklifting loading and unloading trucks omgahhh I used to be in so much pain. Making time to go here once a month got me through my work. There’s a lady I wish I can find out her name she’s the aggressive one and man she does a great job getting my body right whewww. Love it here very affordable.

This is where self care begins! Amazing deep tissue massage. Michael found all the spots and made them go away! Hot stone treatment is a treat! The weight, the warmth…do not miss this! 90 minute combo for 60$. I rounded up up to 100 and still feel like I got the best end of the transaction!

If you need a prenatal massage, ask for Nancy. She makes sure the pressure is good (cause this mama’s got a sore back, and some places just feel like they’re being too gentle), and you’re comfortable in modified positions. I’ve been coming to her throughout my entire pregnancy, and am so grateful for her magic hands!
